SUB-ZERO HOME SERVICE   MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS  

Let me start by saying you would not buy a new car and never change the oil would you?  The same goes true with your air conditioning and heating system.  The new technologies of the modern furnace simply will not let you get away with not doing anything to the system for five or six years like the older inefficient systems.  Also with TRANE EQUIPMENT it is required to have regular maintenance done in order for your warranty to be valid.   The idea of our maintenance agreements are simple.  You prepay in September to schedule you to have your furnace and air conditioner cleaned and checked the following year.  If something goes wrong during the contract, you get preferential service over non agreement customers, discounted parts and labor, and a yearly discount on the purchase of new equipment down the road.  The same goes true with your older furnaces out there also, its always a important idea to have your furnace thoroughly dismantled and checked for safety when it gets up there in age.  

Some companies tell you that they will clean and check your furnace for $69.00 or even $29.00, Don't be fooled.  What you get is what you pay for.  These companies may wipe down the dust with a rag and tell you that it looks good to them.  What we do is included in the following checklists.  If your company does not do these things its time to look for a quality company like Sub Zero Refrigeration.
